LENT!

Even if Lent isn’t “your thing” why not try giving something up or trying some positive new habbits? Here are a couple of mine;

1. Drinking glasses of water in place of alcohol.

2. Little to no heat and no color on my hair.

4. Stop picking at my nails and cuticles.

5. Fish Oil and Biotin every day.

6. Cleanse face before bed. Everyone should do this, guys included. Your face is too sensitive to leave dirt or other things on it while you sleep.

I think thats it.. These hopefully will become life changes and not just for Lent.
